Stage 1

Stage 2

Internal Review

Once we receive your application, a member of our team will review it to see if you're a potential match. 
Stage 3

First Chat

After your application is reviewed, if we think you are a potential match, we will schedule a 30 minute zoom call with a member of the People Ops team to get to know more about you and your experience and answer any questions you may have about the role or Banyan. 
Stage 4

First Interview

If things are still looking good, we will schedule an interview. This will typically consist our people ops specialist, the hiring manager for the position, and a couple more team members. This will be an hour zoom call to learn a little more about you and, as always, give you the opportunity to ask any questions you have for us. 
Stage 5

Technical Assignment

If we're all still aligned, we will ask you to complete a sample assignment specific to the role you're applying for. We will then schedule a 1 hour zoom call to discuss the completed assignment with a panel typically consisting of some people you've already met, plus a new face or two. 

In general, the purpose of this assignment is to test (1) your imagination and vision; (2) your ability to dig into complex content and make choices based on the challenge, assignment, or brief you’ve been given; (4) how you strategize to get there and, finally, (5) how you present and defend those ideas and choices 

But please, don’t stress about this too much — we’d rather see you have fun with it than worry too much about making a mistake and suffocate your creativity. 

We would also love to hear any feedback or any remaining questions you may have after you present your assignment. 
Stage 6

Hired

If we decide you're the right fit for the job, we will send you an offer letter!
